Who we are

MehZ Solution is the trading name of Zahidul Islam, an individual sole trader (not a registered company), based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Zahidul Islam trading as MehZ Solution, and "you" means the person or business using our website or services.

How an engagement starts

Sending a request on our website is not a purchase and does not create a contract. We take on a limited number of clients, and within 1–3 business days we tell you whether a slot is available.

If we can take you on, we agree the scope and price with you in writing (by email, WhatsApp or your client dashboard). The agreement starts when you pay the first invoice or payment link for that agreed scope.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and are made up of a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Custom ("Plan with us") work is quoted individually.
• Third-party costs that are part of your plan (for example servers, domains or software) are included in the agreed price. Advertising budgets paid to ad platforms are separate and are agreed with you in advance.
• Monthly fees are paid in advance for each month. If a payment is late, we may pause work and managed services after telling you.
• You are responsible for any taxes, bank or transfer fees that apply on your side.

What we do, and what you do

• We deliver the agreed scope with reasonable skill and care, and keep you informed of progress.
• You give us accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need (for example accounts, content and approvals).
• You are responsible for the content you ask us to publish and for having the rights to it.
• Marketing, advertising and search results depend on outside platforms and markets, so we do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, sales or leads.

Third-party services

We manage vendors for you, such as hosting, domain, email, ad and AI providers. Their own terms and policies also apply to those services, and their availability is outside our control. Where a provider changes or ends a service, we will tell you and propose an alternative.

AI features

Some services, including the assistant on this website, use AI models. AI can make mistakes. The website assistant gives general information only; prices, scope and commitments are only those we confirm in writing.

Ownership

• Once you have paid for them, you own the deliverables made specifically for you, such as your website content, designs and custom software.
• We keep ownership of our general tools, templates, libraries and know-how, and give you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables.
• We only mention you as a client or show your project in our portfolio with your permission.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information and credentials confidential and use them only to provide the services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel a monthly service at any time; it ends at the end of the month you have paid for. We can end an agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously break these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. When an agreement ends, we help you take over your accounts, files and data. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability under an agreement is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for outages and failures of third-party providers.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you directly. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new agreements, and we will tell existing clients about material changes.
